MS SQL Server 2014 – add and/or restore the database to the SQL server instanceī.
These are the requirements for the installer:ġ) pre-requisite checks and installationsĢ) if a SQL server instance is not available then the installer will install a local copy of SQL server express 2014 using a scripted installĪ. QoS Networking will provide a simple windows application and database for this project. Plus, the installer will restore or attach our application’s database to the MS SQL server instance. If an instance of MS SQL server is not available, then the installer will download MS SQL Server 2014 express and run a scripted install with usernames and passwords. The application can read and write to a local or remote MS SQL server. Our application has one exe and multiple dll files. We need a windows installer created for our windows application using Caphyon Advanced Installer.
